Why Is The Practice Tool Disabled/Locked For Me?

I tried to enter a Practice Tool game but the icon is greyed out with a lock on it. Why is it disabled for me, and do I have to earn it back somehow? Or do I have to wait a few hours before it reactivates?

Same here, not sure I understand as I have checked through patch notes and notices and theres no reason stated as to why it has been locked.

Its locked to reduce server load for TFT

It is locked because of TFT to reduce the stress toward the servers.

I've wanted to use it several times. Sadly i have no interest at all in this teamfight game mode
