Right after you report someone. Quiet literally the best feeling.

Someone being an asshole? Report them.

You can retaliate so long as you are defending yourself and don't say stupid out of line shit.

Said player was blaming everyone on the team for the loss.

Her thing was "Shaco is 0/0/0!" I am out jungling him!

The thing is, a jungler doesn't need to have kills or assist to get flashes -_-, gank 3 times to get someone low, or gank to make your bot lane have 50 less CS than the enemy bot lane.

Yet somehow it was our fault that we were losing xD

While I'm all for having a report feature, it's pretty much a necessity for any online interactive game, I'm not too keen on the instant feedback report.

While I understand it helps some people feel better about a game that went sour or a bad apple that they played with/against, the skeptic in me feels like there's going to be a subset of people that go on a crusade and abuse the feature solely for the selfsatisfaction of feeling like they hold power over others.

I was flamed as JG as soon as the recent patch hit because I wasn't ganking. I told them I couldn't because the enemy team was under tower and JG XP puts me in a spot where we aren't strong early. They also were cait/zyra bot so we really didnt have a means to dive pre-6. When I finally hit level 6 we went to dive as Kindred and I DIDN'T ULT BECAUSE IT WOLD HAVE SAVED THEM and they just went off flaming me for the rest of the game they were literally pinging my R all game and telling the enemy team how bad I playing in all chat. I told them to stop and asked for a report in all chat and received a chat restriction. I did ask for a report almost every time they flamed in all chat, but that was about it. I ended the game 12/11/9 with the highest KDA on the team and we won. Fun game, guys.

Actually you can't retaliate. I've gotten punished for this despite not using any berating words or anything and simply standing up for myself.

I get those notifications too and it sure is a pretty good feeling knowing you've helped out the community.

I'm trying to start playing League again. This was why I stopped. My initial thought is that It's a good feeling to know this game upset you and that you can't process the emotions well enough. Clearly, that's a negative outlook on the situation but it's a fact that anytime someone has their control of a situation removed they seek to hurt the other person. It's not making your life better or making you look better to anyone else.

I had one I reported in my provisionals. It was a rough game but our yi was carrying. We could have won but he walked into a warded brush with 5 enemies waiting. Post game he said he intentionally did that cause he didn't want to play anymore. I reported him and when I closed out to end game screen I got that message.

just to make this clear, after the person loses his first Account he will basicly become toxic and its hard to get them to Reform from what ive seen, maybe you feel great for now but just remember, this player is gonna make a new Account, ruin the game for newbs and continue being toxic(also permas are Stupid and make things worse but hey)
