Should Riot update some of the older champion skins?

Every champion fan base has their favorite skins and some are way more loved then others. but when you look at it... its not really that open like for me I've played Ahri and unlocked the midnight Ahri skin because I used all my RP on more better looking skins like KDA, Project ect... it becomes this thing where it doesn't feel worth it and i know how much riot loves making money off skins so for some people like me who would see greater opportunities in updating some of these skins.

now i'm not saying ALL THESE OLDER SKINS SHOULD BE UPDATED but im saying that to the least popular ones for at least the popular champions they should be slightly adjusted for example: High noon yasuo is a popular skin to the yasuo players; the skin feels nice and it doesn't have great animations but comparing that to_ blood moon yasuo_ it has a different story. it feels like a cheap, rushed knockoff of the original model and the animations feel nothing worth 975 RP when i could just spend it on High noon yasuo. and the list can go on and on with sooooo many other champions what you all think should riot update some of their older skins?
