General Discussion is a lot more lenient on what is and isn't considered spam so it's far less likely that omnomnomnom lole will get deleted here, but if you do spam the same thing too many times even in GD it could eventually get removed.

Its because it is more or less something that's been started by a now-banned player and is just being spammed because "Fuck the wardens"
