Prestige points use

Will the previous Prestige skins like Caityn, Akali etc. Be able to be bought with the Prestige points that I have collected. I have 100 at at the moment and I don't exactly know which one I want between them, Neeko came out of no where personally to be purchased by Prestige points. So would a few others come out before the points expire or would the previous Prestige skins comeback out again at the last second? Personally if I could I would just give my Prestige points away to someone because the current 5 don't interest me at all.
