if soooooo.... cheaper alternatives for I dunno.... just theoreticals..... especially since you basically get guaranteed magic damage off'a that e proc could be good could be horribleh idk.. I dont main ekko. plus it crits?

Yes, but why would you ever build crit on a champion with massive AP scalings on damage, healing, and shielding?

35% pen on 360 damage is dumb when you can just build AP and do more than that.

Shiv effects don't crit anymore. They removed that.
