Play a better game.

I find the best way to not hate this game is to not play it, then see new champion trailers and reworks then get hyped and come back only to be disappointed by the same things. This has been my cycle since season 2.

Take a break until next season

I think that you could just try to discover new champs in your pool, or just take a long break and come back when you feel the game might be fun with friends again i suppose.

Well, let me turn around the question. WHY do you hate this game?

Is it the champion(s) you play? The friend(s) or lack of friends you play with?

I am in your same situation, and I can say it is difficult to League when you have played it a lot for some time. Look for another game you can get yourself into, try some new stuff inside of the game, or just take a break in general. It will be difficult but worthwhile, League is not bad, but like nearly everything too much is not good.

When I figure out how not to hate it myself, I'll share the secret.

Mute all right as the game begins, and tell everyone that. That way you don't have to listen to flamers

Idk I have the same feeling (losing interest) for already like 5 months. But there is no person affecting my interest Can't really tell you how to help it, but can just share my experience.

Stopped playing LOL for 3 weeks or so-- got even worse. I think the point when I stopped playing was fatal. I am that kind of player, who heavily relies on constant practice, each day I was losing my skill to the point when I became an average or even worse player. I could no longer go ranked, and normals at these times were filled with some shit like heim adc. This made me lose even more interest in game. Kept playing LOL 2-3 hrs a week and mainly was playing some single games. Not bad feeling, I was still playing, but it wasn't toxic, very bearable, because I can always hit save and exit or load last save if something goes wrong. But in several weeks I realized ,that I still treat LOL like my main game and I need to play it. Decided to go ranked, because normals were filled with total trash meta. It was a mistake, my skill dropped so bad, that I couldn't nearly close compete with my current rank. In addition to this Rito kept trashing sups, and now my main sup starting build is fucked. But Nexus Blitz helped me to keep my interest. Right now training mid champions I always was attracted by to start playing mid in ranked. If by the end of the season I won't start doing as well as I originally did with support. I might try other online game.

Only solution I see for getting fed and winning games (normals), is to try a new champion. If it works out and you win a few games you could win some on your mains...?

You are starting to hate this game because they have been removing skill expression from it.

You probably used to love that high you got when you pulled out a win from a close game. That drive you had after a narrow defeat to get back up and win the next one is gone. And it's all because games are less satisfying to win and more frustrating to lose then they were before.

Take an extended break, if you are suffering burnout.
