This reminds me of the Stoneplate nerf where the active got 3 seconds added, so instead of 90 it is 93.

On a long term thats not a buff anyways thats literally only 2 dmg but its 2 entire less mr stolen per ranged autoattack and 1 more for melee autos. Meaning that you can reduce more of their mr overall but you do it a lot slower than before meaning kog and varus the 2 major Rageblade/wits abusers will end up weaker at the end of the trade and kayle if she happens to build wits will aswell.

Well. Atleast Riot actually "balanced" it for melee champs too

which melee champs do you reckon will build it? The only ones I think is optimal on are Teemo, Kayle and Kog.... maybe you can make the case that it could work on WW, Jax and Diana (I don't see Jax and WW changing their builds tho, maybe Diana would tho)

Neither are meta, so perhaps one of them will build it, It will help with aatrox due to cheap attack speed and the MR peel for his ultimate damage, while helping him survive until he gets his well filled up.
