since theyre not gonna be refunded If I get some now when theyre reworked. Im wondering if they're worth getting since I don't know how powerful they are and how expensive it would be. Or should I just focus on getting more champions?
yes...you literally are gimped playing without them and a full set costs in the realm of 300IP

Meanwhile, i'll be almost exclusively playing on PBE
if you're willing to waste 300ip for a full rune page for only 1 month. Go for it. However, I do not recommend buying too many.
