A few months back RIOT said they took out the rotating game modes because of some bullshit reasons they made up for whatever reason. I don't remember what it was but if the player base wants it for w/e reason then they should have just STFU and let us have the modes on the weekend like it was.
It might have been something about they were too lazy to do the work to keep them playable or some dumbass bullshit like that. WAH RIOT go buy stock in Puffs tissues.

But a lot of people joke about how riot's total active player count drops everytime they release urf after the first 2 times.
