why do I get punished with leaver buster if my computer crashes, I still return to the game with 679 ping, leave and fix my ping to come back to the game again. Yet I'm still punished with 20 min leaver buster. I left and returned. whats the deal with this?

Well guessing its because it leaves your team to 4v5 which is unfair, league doesn't take much to run on.
