I used to live in South East Asia and I played league for more than 3 years already and I really worked hard on my account. What I want to do is transfer my South East Asian account to North America since I just migrated here. Please help me.

Dont think you can. Garena is separate from Riots servers

Your Garena account is not something Riot owns, operates, or has access to.
