Tried flex ranked - is that toxic all the time or because first 10 games

Hello I was thinking its was a good idea to play flex to play role I am not use too. But so far is a nightmare. Sona adc, udyr support. Is flex is like that all the time or its just because I am in my first 10 match for placement ?
