Can I get the pass that I paid for???

Paid for the pass with RP 2 hours ago. RP disappeared and I didn't get anything. A friend of mine received the icon+missions but not the capsule whereas I still have the option to buy the pass. It's rather weird how a billion dollar company can't manage an update like that. Edit: Sorry I meant small indie company.
