Vertigal is meh. He plays ADC Ahri often... which I think is made unviable in this pre season.

I will take Scorch instead of ultimate hat. Giving Ahri more power early is imo much better than power late.

You should also consider taking Precision 2ndary tree as well as it also gives many useful stats such as coup de grace which increases your damage to targets below 40% by 10% and triumph that restores some of your hp after killing an opponent.

Electrocrute is fine but imo domination tree feels really weak compared to other tree. You lose out on too much.
