Afaik you cant choose it or it switches to a different one. Same for champs choosing aftershock that dont have a way of using it, they get grasp.

It swaps it for a different rune in game. I imagine for Stopwatch now.

Just like Lethal Tempo in URF was swapped to PtA when you got into game

Same as manaflow band on manaless champions. It changes.
