Level 18: 126 extra HP

Just remove the ally half of Devour and let him stack his passive + use Devour on buff camps.
Balance him as a tank laner/jungler rather than having to constantly nerf him because half of an ability is making him a really dumb support.
Tahm is a unhealthy champion that creates boring lanes and should be put into a bad spot until they do changes that fix him.
