-20 lp when losing and only 16 lp when winning
I go on a 10 game win streak and when I lost a game I realize I’m losing 20 lp. Is there a reason why?

This season's ranking system is kind of harder to prevent what happened in D+ last season , normally I used to get 25+ LP on wins and now it's barely 20 lp from the beggining of the season
How much you get depends on your MMR vs the MMR of your opponents and how far your actual rank is from the rank your MMR "belongs" in, you only see 20/20 with perfectly matched MMR and stabilized rank.
Your performance affects how much LP you get/lose.
If you go on a winning streak (and your performance doesn't match what people at a higher rank are doing), then you'll start getting less and less LP.
The idea is to mitigate the impact a few lucky game so that you don't rapidly climb/fall to a rank where you don't belong.
You need to consistently show good performance to raise your MMR, not just win games. Once you prove that you deserve to be at that rank, it'll normalize.
