Guy please learn how statistics work. If something has a high winrate and low playrate and banrate it's statistically bad.

Sona top isn't good and you will get shit on in most match ups and raka top isn't that great for soloQ and in normal games you probably shouldn't play it especially since it's basically dead next patch.

Also look at playrate and banrate they're not high at all like sona is actually in need of buffs in you look at only statistics.
