Urf/ArUrf

So i rly like playing league of legends but one of the funniest things about the game i urf. I play a lot with my friends but they only wanna play when theres urf. So i was curious why you dont you just make urf as a permanent gamemode where you can also play ranked??[zombie-brand-clap]
