Things I want to see and probably will never see happen in League of Legends.

1: Removal of CDR off of pretty much EVERY SINGLE ITEM, aside from like 20% in AP items, 30% in support items, 20% in Tank items. Fighters/Skrimishers/Divers/etc shouldn't have 40% at 2 items. That is part of the reason why the game state is so fast. Removing CDR from everyone's build paths opens up more power budgeting.

The items with CDR being: Zhonya's, Banshee's, Mikeal's, Redemption, Knight's Vow, Spirit Visage, and Righteous Glory.

My reasoning is, literally everyone has their spells up after recalling and coming back to lane. Everyone can spam spells super quickly and clear waves or poke you out of lane for the fun of it.

CDR shouldn't be on every single first time in the game.

Black Cleaver, Seraphs, Ludens, Triforce, etc.

2: Dragons being reverted back to Gold Dragons instead of Stat Dragons.

Dragons add way too much variable into the game. Say that you're team "in a organized setting" goes for a longer game where you win late game. But the enemy team picks up 3 infernal drakes because you can't fight them while scaling. Your whole draft is thrown out the window. You now loss the early game and potentially the late game as well, because they get 24% more AD/AP. So a normal 800 AP mage is now at +192AP. Which for most mages with a 50-70% AP ratio adds 100-140 damage.

3: Damage and Tankiness, both are way too high.

These are because of each other.

Tankiness was brought up because tanks were dying too quickly to feel impactful. Then when they stopped dying instantly the damage carries couldn't carry and "felt" useless. So the damage was upped. Repeat until now.

Almost everything needs a 20-35% reduction. Everything should take between 20-35% longer to kill. From Squishies to Tanks. Look back at point one, that is a good starting grounds.

4: Objectives.

Are all set to make sure games end fast in Pro Play, while having the adverse affect. While in Solo Queue, they are compiled effects.

A: Turrets need more HP, and higher rate of fire when on champions.
B: We can leave herald and baron as is, if Turrets are more lethal to champions and take 10-15 seconds longer to kill for 2 champions together.

5: The end to the stupid mechanics/gimmicky spells that are continuously added to new champions.

Such as but not limited to.

Irelia: Disarm. Zoe: Free Summoners Pyke: Shared Gold Etc.

Agree in everything except last point. Add new things like Irelia disarm or Pyke shared gold isnt unhealthy for the game

Zoe free summoner is, not only because summoner spell have a long cd for a reason, but thr unnecesary RNG that it adds

1: The way cdr currently works you hit the cap about when teamfights start which is when you need spells up more often. In lane cd management is an important part of the fight but late game its just like, well I have no cooldowns guess there isnt anything I can do. Finishing your fist item lets you fight more often to help close out laning phase and move to mid/late game.

2: I prefer the stat dragons. They bring diversity into games where now you can get random advantages or disadvantages that change how you play. And moat late game champs can still fight for dragon quite well, just in different ways.

3: That is a very large change that would totally change the game in every way, I wouldn't be able to form an opinion on it without testing it.

4: Turrets do enough damage to champs right now, I can usually turn turret dives into kills. The key is that their damage ramps up with every shot vs champs so playing for longer fights where you just dodge is key.

5: I like characters being unique. It is fun having practical differentces in the characters that allow them to have advantages or disadvantages in different situations. Every game with multiple characters has that so I don't see why you have an issue with it here.
