Riot at this point you can't ignore bugs anymore

They are piling up (old https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/5/5e/MordekaiserSquare_old3.png/revision/latest/scale-to-width-down/36?cb=20190529013017 Mordekaiser is making a resurrection along with his bug army), from abilities hitting enemies and dealing no damage, to Pyke R being able to execute his own allies.
This needs to become a top priority. Skins, VGU's and any other sort of content like this needs to be put aside because the state of the game is literally falling apart.
