Quit in S6; how is ranked now?

I quit back in Season 6. Got to Diamond 3 dealing with way too many trolls, afks, etc.

This is my new account and I’m wondering if the system has worked to discourage those who Like to waste other peoples’ time in this game...

Im playing normal draft atm to get to level 30
