Does playing female champions only qualify you to be an E-girl?
I gotten this insult in at least 30% of my games. What exactly is an e girl? How do I become an E-girl?

idk if its much an insult. its jst saying i guess that they think your a girl, who is playing video games? idk what is so bad about it tbh.
Nah. There's a few more qualifications.
- Feminine User Name
- High mastery almost exclusively on female champions/characters
- acting like a girl for the purposes of joking around
it's just a way of addressing female players it's not an insult by any means
also considering your champ pool i think it's a fair assumption that you are a girl
it's only an insult if you rely on your gender to attract attention while gaming and even then it's one of the weakest most irrelevant insults in the history of the internet
