what's worse is spending like 150 dollars and getting zero hextech gemstones when you were hoping to get a good start on a hextech skin

RIP the days of hex skins costing 300$ welcome to the days of being able to more easily afford a spectral tiger WoW mount.

I would regularly spend about 100 every christmas on skin related stuff but probably wont anymore now that I know i'm likely never getting another hextech skin again

Yeah, those gemstones are super rare. All of my 'your shop' skins are all champs I don't even play either. :C
