As far as I know, ultimate skins are revealed at the end of every year, but so far there's no news about it. Assuming 4 roles (supp, adc, jungler,midlaner) got ultimate skins, will the next one be a toplaner's?

wouldn't be surprised if it was announced soonish and tied in with chinese new year, especially if it is shen like some have hoped.

If it's for a top laner, there's a good chance Fiora gets it. Because Riot loves Fiora and we totally want to see her in more of our games
I'm still wishing they would give morgana one perfect skin. But this will not happen anytime soon since she will be reworked soon. My guess is that the next ultimate skin will be top for the reasons you mentioned. If i were to guess I would say it's gonna be a fiora, garen or jayce.
