**I am living i Greece can someone explain me when RIOT says that we can play at 7:00 CET what time will be here in Greece

CET is Central European Time, or UTC + 1.

Greece's time zone is Eastern European Time, UTC + 2.

So 7:00 CET is 8:00 EET. You'll be able to play at 8.
