HELP: Lunar Wraith Caitlyn Chroma Skin & Icon

Hey guys, I have been a committed LoL player now since 2011, and this is the first time I've ever been stumped. So during the Lunar Revel Event, I racked up the required 96 units of revel tokens to make the golden revel token. Well, I love me some Caitlyn and saw that I could forge it into the Lunar Wraith Caitlyn Chroma Skin and (and, yes it said and!!!!!!) icon. Well I immediately cashed in and got that, no questions asked, no hesitation. Great deal, you get a skin and a icon!!! RIGHT!?!? Well low and behold I get excited to show off my new skin, and dedication/commitment to the game by starting a PVP on summoners rift. I get in I call ADC, I select Caitlyn, and my skin is no where to be found! I was DEVASTATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I damn near cried because I been playing all day and the prior three days to complete the quests to get the tokens to get this skin and icon. I only received the icon. The skin is no where to be found, it isn't even offered in the chroma skin Caitlyn so I am super super confused.

So my questions are, where is the skin at? did I not fully understand what they meant when they said skin + icon? or was this a mistake on riots side, that I only received the icon; and if this is how would I go about obtaining this or contacting them to send it to me?

I would really appreciate my fellow rioters help to solve my dilemma.

You don't get the skin. This was listed repeatedly in the Lunar Revel event pages. You get a Chroma for the skin. If you own the skin, you can use the Chroma, and if you don't own the skin, you cannot use the Chroma until you obtain the skin.

This is so bad, i have to do so much games to claim Lunar Wraith Caitlyn Chroma Skin & Icon, and now i learn that i need 1350 rp to play with it.. But other skins, work fine..

I just faced the same issue. Put in extra effort to get the 150 tokens before the end of the lunar revel event. Finally got the chroma, and thought I could buy the skin to use it. As it turns out, I own the chroma, but not the skin, and cannot buy the skin; aka I own nothing... Took a while to amass the tokens. I wish there was a small note below the chroma purchase that said must own the skin to use the chroma, and an indicator whether or not the skin can be purchased. Thought I paid attention to the details, but it didn't work out. Or maybe make it so the chroma cannot be purchased without agreeing to the terms (cannot buy skin currently, but maybe it will be available in the future) Is there a way to refund the 150 tokens? (take the caitlyn golden chroma away, and let me use the tokens for an orb+champion shard)
