Galaxy slayer zed is on sale, does this mean legendaries can have discounts?

Not that I have anything against it but aren't legendaries supposed to be never discounted?

I hope they do it more often though since I prefer legendaries over any other quality

Legendary skins get a 1 time sale about 6 months after their release. They never go on sale again afterward.

For a while the legendaries have been put on sale on the next monthly sale thing

so I suppose they're not different for they're new sale style

I always assumed it was just Ultimate and Legacy skins that never went on sale. I mean we've gotten several Legendary skins on sale now I think haven't we?
