Gained 11 LP after 25 LP win

I was playing Flex lately, and my mmr is really high. I got around 25-26 LP per game and climbed really fast. After a 6 game winningstreak, suddenly I only got 11 LP. Can someone please explain this to me

Possibly it was a result of a loss prevented. Loss prevented results in no loss of LP for the losing team and only gaining half LP for the winning team. If there were server issues recently, that may be it.
