Items shop breaks FPS

I have a problem since last patch whenever i open shop in-game to buy items the game crashes or the game works on 2-1 FPS when i want to fix this i have to reconnect from the game sometimes it's fixed and sometimes it's not I have already tried the Hextech repair tool with force repatch and reinstall option ,well it fixed the problem but it came after few games
