First of all, belongs in Memes & Games.

And if you're somehow serious: it'd be after they themselves get sued by Philip Pullman.

I always thought Voli Bear resembled The Golden Compass' polar bear.

Can we talk about how utterly uninspired the trailer music, hell movie music itself, are these days?

They have little to no identifiable character and nothing to remember about, not only that but because they're so utterly uninspired they hurt the whatever scenes or actions on screen too.

Why do you think people watch an anime and can remember exactly their intro and outro songs probably down to every single beat, or background music in the action scene/OST that listening the songs can play scenes in your head when you hear it? Because those songs are often inspired, identifiable, and iconic, that's what enhances the experience, that's what makes people remember them.

Take these OSTs from (mostly) different anime

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SvPlULQWD0c (One Piece OST: Three Towers) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i5iqlPO86qA (Fate/Apocrypha OST: Affection) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MnKfa0xly6o (Hunter x Hunter 2011 OST: Hyori Ittai piano version) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0l__jSgTAmQ (Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann OST: Thrust Through the Heavens with Your Spirit!) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5jYwAWIATIE (Naruto OST: Main Theme) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qe6pIJAh318 (Turn A Gundam OST: Moon) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iYDQMZMwT8g (Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood OST: The Intrepid) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OtQX1zQs7jA (Fate/Apocrypha OST - Main Soundtrack)

Each and every single one of those songs are not just EXTREMELY distinguishable from each other; similar songs carry completely different composition depending on the thematic of the title it's complementing; and each one tells completely different emotions and stories together with its iconic and unique touches.

Meanwhile what do western movies OSTs get these days? Oh, more boring generic orchestra and/or electronic music of no identifiable factor that not only kills the scenes' impact but also makes me unable to remember almost a single western movie OST in the last decade.

Please, PLEASE, do something about that god awful trend of having nothing but generic forgettable music in movies ffs.
