When is the legacy shop coming back?

I've been dying to buy Death Sworn Zed for a while now, but they haven't brought it back. Does anyone know when it'll be available to buy again?

Legacy shop? Not really a thing. However, holiday / event skins generally come back each year around the same time they did previously. DS Zed being a Tales of the Rift skin, will be available when it is a bit closer to halloween.
