Hextech Boxes suck for people with all champs

Okay so can riot please fix the drop rates for champions now that we cant re-roll them anymore when a new champion comes out. To many times i have unlocked chests and got a champion which is fine most of the time because i get them for playing the game in general but with the addition of champion capsules i feel the drop rate for champions in regular chest should be lowered at least a little bit. I recently bought 10 chests because i was given a some money for a present. The chest contained 8 champions and 2 skins which would be a little disappointing even with the old system of re-rolls but now it just feels like a slap in the face from riot for wanting to spend money on a game that i love and want to continue playing. When you have every champion and to much BE to do anything with it sucks to get nothing but champion shards and not even enough skin shards to be able to re-roll them into a skin. This is such an easy fix for riot that could just tweak the ratios of skin to champion drops or just remove champion drops altogether and leave them for the champion capsules and bring back being able to re-roll champions (why even remove that in the first place).

In my last 5 or so boxes, I've gotten skins in each of them. One of them actually gave me another chest and key that happened to have the Ashe emote in it, so that was nice.

Maybe I've just been getting really lucky, but I just assumed they changed the droprates, with the abundance of capsules giving champ shards.

If you didn't want champion shards, why buy a chest? Why not buy the skins themselves? And if it was just mystery skins you wanted (because I can understand that a bit), I would recommend creating a second account and putting the RP on there so you can send them to yourselves or getting a friend to do this or something (how my brothers do it).

I can't remember the last time I got a champ in a hexchest lootbox. Did they change something? Its been almost 2 months.

I think it would be good if they could code it in a way that if you have all the champions then champion shard drops go down by a certain percentage. Or all other things go up.

But for people just starting out if they get a chest they're going to enjoy getting more champion shards. Same thing for people trying to grind out a M6 or M7

And here I am wishing having all skins not limited would allow a 3 skin shard reroll give me King Rammus.

2 out of 3 chests i earned in game this season have had a skin shard. yay me for lucky RNG.

I used to buy 10+1 chests regularly, but now if i have RP to spend, I will hold off till they have event capsules, and those usually just have skin shards.
