Champ Select: Do not move around UI controls please

I just locked in a champion unexpectedly because I tried clicking the Up arrow at the same time it seems as it became my pick and the up arrow moved and the 'lock in' was now in this position

Suboptimal design to have something like that possible to happen. Not a HUGE deal (since I was hovering what I was likely going to play anyway), but that interaction isn't my favorite.
