Can you request Riot to ban your own account temp?

I genuinely hate this game but can't stop playing it. Its ruining my life day after day. I don't want to AFK games to ruin it for other players. Is there way to have Riot temp ban your account for like a month or so?

ya you can just message the support team with a ticket and there's an option to optionally suspend your account for however much you like
