Ranked ARAM

Could be set up like other ranked games with bans and such, but without picking your champ. Truly test your skill on any champion you happen to roll. Also I had the idea to punish queue dodgers by forcing them to play as a minion for the next 3 games with their rank on the line. Maybe even punishing unsportsmanlike conduct like Riot used to. The community has gone down hill over the past 7 years that I have been playing and something needs to be done about the toxic players, afks, and dodgers. Anyways, I feel a new game mod might boost things. Most players I talk to feel that Riot no longer cares about the basic community members that aren't pro status. Thought I would put my 2 cents in.
