20,000 IP exchange for : 1 hextech chest & 1 hextech key

Some of us players have so much extra IP and all champions, let us spend IP on something. Also let us IP gift more new champions to people so we can blow all this IP too.

The BE store in pre-season, as all IP is being turned in BE, will have plenty of stuff to spend on.

I would love IP champs gifted to me (lord knows it will take me another 2 years to maybe unlock them all lol).

But, as many cool players as there are, there are also complainers. If there was an IP sink, they will just complain once they need that IP for something else (please see but please god let it die, rune refund complaints).

Uhhhhhh. You're probably gonna get a champ shard in that chest.

And you can already get champ shards for 1700 IP.
