BANNING ISSUES

you fail to keep out players who are supposedly permanently ban and cause more harm to yourself by not making 100% sure that they cannot re-enter the rift with another account and ruin everyone elses experiance me included. instead of banning players for talking smack put a silence in effect going up by days weeks months so that way you ruin noones game not new players not experianced players you make more money and have nothing to loose by implementing these proceed. you cannot possibly loose with this method because players who are experianced and of higher level would rather be silenced and beable to continue playing than have to restart on a new account. also if a player is feeding or trolling teammates because of this implementation then you should proceed to ban them for a period of time and increase the same way as you would the silencing this will teach players to controll themselves! Instead of creating a rebelious experianced player who is just going to recreat an account and destroy every new player in the game. do not permanently ban them as you will create a bigger monster for new players who want to learn without being pumbled by these "supposed" permaban players. the more players you have in the rift the more money you bring into the company. these are suggestions not demands hope you read them and consider these methods they would really help everyones agenda in the rift newplayer and/or experianced players.
