Wrongfully Chat Restricted Will Cause Me to Lose a Years Worth of Work

Opening: Last season, towards the end of the season I became chat restricted that caused my honor level to go to 0 and be locked. I will admit the first one that i received was a valid reason to chat restrict me. it has taken me up until yesterday (July 26th, 2018) to get honor level 1. If you do not know, you have to be honor level 2+ to receive seasons rewards. I have been working hard all season to earn my honor level back.

Yesterday I received chat restrictions for 2 games. I do not have the exact logs as my restriction is now over, however i review the games and let me give you the run down of my games.

Game 1: We had an Urgot jungle. I was Janna support. It was a game of flex ranked. He began to continue to fight. I pinged him off as i was backing out, to warn him he was going too far and i was not following him. He then said "Thanks Janna. You're a support, and you're worried about cs." I said something along the lines of, "you were being greedy, its not my fault." throughout the WHOLE game, he flamed me saying I was trash, garbage, I was shit at this game, i needed to block him so he doesn't have to play with shit players like me. I told him that his comments didn't mean anything to me, that he was now muted and will be reported, and that blocking a player doesn't mean you will not match with them as I've matched with someone I've blocked before.

**Game 2: ** During game 2 this was actually what came first, it was just listed as the second game for some reason. I was with my boyfriend. We were bot lane. I was Jinx ADC and he was Janna support. In champion select a player or two was saying it was GG because we were Jinx and Janna. My boyfriend and I just said that it was a normal and they aren't that bad right now, anyways, so there shouldn't be an issue with us playing these champs. They started to be sarcastic and saying that they had "no clue it was a normal". Once we were in game, I disclosed that I was muting everyone because they were toxic pre-game, and I didn't need that in my game. I then /Mute All. about 60 seconds in the same player who stated it was GG in pre-game lobby, then started to MIA me repetitively. I then just said "I will be muting all pings as well since its 60 seconds in and I'm already being spammed. Enjoy." They all said I was toxic and being reported for it.

The Email: I emailed Riot asking to have the restriction removed from my account. I told them that the first game wasn't deserved, and the second one was just full out invalid to be reported at all. When I sent my first email, I did NOT know that there was TWO games to be involved with my case. I told them only about the ONE game I was aware of, game 1. Sometimes I will admit, I don't see how what I am saying is coming off, like most people. I got a couple people to read it to tell me if it was wrongfully reported. They said that what I said was not toxic, and that I had a case to fight. They also told me to reach out to Riot to see if they can restore me to the Honor I once was. So I did. They were of NO help. UPDATES: I have COMPLETELY removed chat from my league client. https://chiboost.net/how-to-disable-chat-in-lol/ I also used a new website for the email images, as requested :)

Finally, I have been so much better in not being toxic. I continuously tell my teammates good job and very nice. I tell them that the game is still winnable, etc. and because I was instigated one game, and told him he was greedy, toxic, and will be reported, I was penalized? Because one player was mad I played ADC Jinx and muted him, I get restricted? HOW is this fair? I will CONTINUE to be the honorable player that I KNOW I am, and CONTINUE to fight this WRONGFUL chat restriction. I wouldn't really care about this if it wouldn't cause me to lose my YEARS worth of climbing and rewards. The honor system review bot is rigged. It is a MACHINE that is made to pick up words of a player after being reported, and it has more than enough room for ERROR. For example, if you said "OMG I'm so FUCKING bad" you can be restricted by the automated system since it picked up "fucking". If someone can please help me review this case and please help spread it, it will be appreciated. Also, if you can help me with trying to level up my honor faster, while this is all going on, it will be appreciated. I will keep this updated with new information. If you could, could you post your full chat logs (possibly in a screen shot)?

If you don't have access to them anymore, you can submit a support ticket and they can get them for you.

you see one year, i see a new account in the making, it's so insanely rare that you ever become honorable again that i've never actually seen anyone do it aside from like one guy who got level 0 on purpose then played well in low elo gaining "thanks for carrying me" honors and then not being toxic in any way and motivating the team, which is cool, you can see it's doable, but ive had accounts where i regularly carry, don't say anything and it's been on step 1 of 3 for 6 months nothing ever changes, the system is just terrible and basically says "stop playing or spend money on a new account to get your key fragments again"

You want to send a support ticket to Riot. You don't seem that bad to me but you don't need to announce that you're reporting someone, just mute them, keep playing and report after the match.

But again, it's not that bad so send a support ticket and try to get the restriction overturned.

Well, just based on your pictures you linked (which btw tinypic sucks and doesn't load pics when you click them, use imgur), I'm just going to remind you that asking for people to report somebody else will get you punished for toxicity. Basically it doesn't matter how many people report, as long as a single report is made the game is flagged and reviewed. That being the case, it is considered toxic to ask others to report somebody you're having some kind of quarrel with. Without even seeing your full chat logs (since you don't have them yet) I can already tell you that they'll probably uphold the restriction for this reason if nothing else.

From just looking at the response email, it was deserved. You were claiming in all chat members of your team were inting. If theyre actually inting just report them, other than that youre not doing anyone any favors with those lines. Youre also harassing the person by calling for reports. Again, if theyre actually guilty, just report them. You arent judge and jury, and other players dont care about your melodrama.
