Im pretty sure the value went down because of the Currency over there not equaling our prices in NA. I think it was like 10$ of rp here was like 5$ there.
Just make the purchases in usd. At least, I assume you can. That's what I do when the Canadian dollar is doing better than average and I want to buy RP. I get more for less CAD that way.
1: Why do people in EUW post in NA complaining about hte price there? 5$ to us has always been 650, so seriously, stop fucking complaining
