I disagree to an extent.
has 2 skillshots and an ult that basically acts as a flash. The problem is that she is a kite mage that looks to burst with decent cooldowns. Sh'es a short range Orianna with more mobility.
His W is actually pretty hard to land or bait, the problem is that his Q has a slow on it. Combine that with his gapclosing E, passive, and nukability, he's irritatingly powerful.
Don't get me wrong, I hate all these champions, but they aren't button mashers (fizz maybe.)
