Without even the proper rune set up.

I maxed Q first, followed by E. More points into E over W as having the snare up more often was significantly more useful.

Rage blade is also insane because you are very much going to have Janna Soraka or Lulu with item 3504 Meaning even more OnHit damage/Healing

item 3124 item 3153 item 3091 . Have a support (this includes Lux, her support build is best in this mode) with Ardent Censor. Any ADC/On hit Lulu/On hit Ahri can absolutely shred every enemy with that set up.
