How do you die 21 times in a game?

I just got out of a game where our jungler managed to die 21 times. He would have died 5 more if I weren't playing soraka. It seemed like he randomly charged at the nearest enemy champ whenever possible like the worst scripter I've ever seen. In fact I'm pretty sure the reason their mid talon and jungle khazix got fed is because he was charging right at them as a non-tank. Then he tried to invade the enemy jungle for the lulz.

The only reason that game lasted 37 minutes was because bronze. I feel bad for our signed and jinx.
