Women are fully equal to men in capabilities. Telling a woman to stay in the kitchen is wrong and sexist.

This is a bait thread.
Factually men are physically stronger and more capable than women. They also have physically larger brains/more gray matter. You will find more men on the extremes of the IQ spectrum (mentally handicapped/genius) and more women in the median/middle of the IQ spectrum.
Each gender responds to stress hormones (Cortisol) differently. Men's higher reserves of testosterone when combined with Cortisol increases focus and stabilizes physical ability over a longer time so they can finish whatever is at hand. When in contact with estrogen, the hosts body tends to shut down and put them in a fog, ergo women handle long term and consistent stress physically worse than men and need to rest more.
I could go on. Nobody is equal, but there exist equalizers in nature and man made.

Man and woman need one another and are nothing without one another. That relationship leaves no room for one side to be superior and the other inferior. Man's abilities exist to benefit woman, and woman's abilities exist to benefit man. There are things only woman has the power to give man that he is utterly incomplete in his existence without, and the same is equally true in reverse. If a man and a woman have their own specialized tasks that they each excel at, it is for the betterment of their union and there is no need for jealousy or animosity between the genders whatsoever.
