You have a perfected form of the old Aatrox.
His name is Xin Zhao.
Xin Zhao has every strength the old Aatrox did aside from the revive, without the inherent failings of his design.
He is an auto-attack based diver with a heal/bonus damage on every third hit-- but unlike Aatrox he doesn't have to choose between them.
He has a higher-range gapcloser and a knockup that can't be dodged.
He has a skillshot slow that applies the third-hit passive.
He gains the attack speed from his E rather than his ultimate/passive.
Instead of having to dive in and die to ranged abilities and multiple enemies, Xin Zhao knocks away other melee opponents besides his target and becomes immune to ranged abilities outside of his ultimate. Allowing him stronger immunity than a revive without the downtime.
You have old Aatrox. You always have. Xin Zhao's existence is one reason why old Aatrox didn't belong in the game-- because if they ever made him more effective he would just be a copy of Xin Zhao.
I replied with this on another thread, but you get the jist. Stop complaining that old Aatrox was so great when you have an option that is better than him in every way and always has been.
