List of champions with problems and possible fixes Patch (8.23)
Alright, we'll first start off with some ground rules. -Be civil, Disagreements are allowed but not to the point of bland toxicity Points that are brought up should focus on fixing unnecessary things added onto champions kits, like heals that shouldn't be there or extra damage that makes no sense, or at least shifting said things onto different parts of their kits to make them more balanced but still be interesting.
Ill list champions that I feel need some work and can be considered overloaded.
Connect his flow to his wind wall duration, remove armor pen. from ult and replace with more damage instead
Remove heal from W, lessen bonus AD from Q, Decrease E range.
remove slow amount from ult hitting, keep base slow for ult on the outer rings, lessen heal off of Q on minions, lower the Damage resistance from W and make it stoppable
Revealed for the amount of time the stun lasts during W, Lessen the speed her Q gives her
Fix how buggy isolation is, revert AD ratio of W and lower the slow, keep Q range but remove auto range empowerment
Rework E. Maybe make it empower the next Q hit to deal true damage and slow the person hit by 30%
Double the amount of armor and magic resistance lost during rebirth. Increase Mana used during ult
Remove damage over time on W.
cooldown on Q not reset if it doesn't hit a vital
Increase the time it takes for Q to reach full range with damage scaling on how long it charges.
Lower AP scaling on ult, increase total AD to upgrade Q
Decrease extra damage gained from passive for W. Make passive scale to 5% at level 18
Make armor Pen activated on Pulled targets rather than gaining flat amount.
Decrease HP scaling for ult, Lower slow amount on Q, Decrease Silence time on W to 1.5 max
Decrease Q empowerment on abilities. Decrease E damage scaling after exiting passive
No Ulanopo, this isn't inappropriate discussion, If you're that desperate to stop drama, maybe yall should silence people who rag on riot 24/7. Just a thought.
