Do newer players have a point sometimes?

I am by no means high elo, I rarely play ranked because I don't wish to worry myself over losing/ gaining rank, and I don't think I will do well, but I have been playing this game since 2017. Throughout that time, even after learning how to play vs certain champions I still find them frustrating, and I still find myself with delayed reactions and even still mess up my items on occasion. But very few opinions of mine on certain champions, both new and older have changed. When newer players think something is ridiculous or powerful in some way, I think it is something to take note of, because certain champions really destroy newcomers to the game and low elo players and if they are actually strong or overtuned then those players will likely be lacking in the skill and game knowledge to deal with several powerful items and champions.

I'd like to take a guess at what champions really destroy newcomers to the game and low elo players, lemme know if I'm close: Akali Darius Evelynn Fiora Fizz Irelia Jax Jhin Jinx Kaisa Kassadin Katarina Kayn Khazix Kled Leblanc LeeSin Lucian Malphite MasterYi Mordekaiser Pantheon Pyke Qiyana Quinn Renekton Rengar Riven Shaco Syndra Talon Teemo Tristana Tryndamere Twitch Vayne Vi XinZhao Yasuo Zed Zoe Zyra

When i was new in season 5 i hated Riven Zed Rengar Katarina Leblanc Fizz Akali Blitzcrank Teemo MasterYi

I dont remember if i missed any, but those champs all had their reasons. Zed fizz one shot with ult, kat perma spinning, riven dashing so much, and i had no idea what the f- was happening vs lb. But now i feel all of these got enhanced.. Zed now one shots without ult, and instead uses it as a gap closer.

Brightside, fizz isnt extremely one shotty as before and kat now actually has counterplay

New players won't have any sense of balance.

They will have a sense of what is fun and what isn't. It's pretty easy for a new player to say something like Pyke or Yasuo is way more bullshit to fight than something like Ashe. They can have a sense of which characters are easier to outplay and how much counterplay exists.

I will say experienced but lower ELO players can sometimes stumble upon the new meta. I doubt this ever happens with new players unless they're MOBA vets and try really hard to break the game. But if you're low ELO you can find a champion build/role that no one is trying that absolutely works, realize its OP, but no one agrees because you didn't get into Challenger with it and you won't get any credit even if the Challenger tier of play ends up using that strategy later. Theorycrafting is something that's pretty punishing in this game given you'll be called a troll, an idiot, and everything else before people realize you might be on the right track. Even if it nets you some wins you wouldn't normally get.

The game definitely should not be balanced around lack of game knowledge. The information of how to deal with pubstomp champions is out there if they just look for it and attempt to apply it.

When I was a new player (A year ago, literally I started playing LoL on October of 2018) I considered Sion a "broken" champion, since I got introduced by him when the "inting" Sion was a thing. I was so confused as to why a champion was allowed to be this tanky and be able to destroy structures even beyond his death. I find him so broken that my small brain had to ban him every time. As time passed, I learned that he is not broken, but rather "annoying". For some reason I found Sion broken not the Zed that destroying me when I was playing my very first games.
