When you rework Zilean...

Do me a favor, and just go nuts with it. Like no joke, I want Zilean to be the Champion that becomes that absolute mascot of the Inspiration Rune Path. Some people might not like that, but think about it. This -Zilean- just looks like the DEFINITION of the Inspiration path. Go wild with him, make him have some ability that effects experience like his current passive, make him be able to manipulate enemy and ally cooldowns, I just want a Champion of absolute absurdity talking about Fruit Flies.

I know that some people might downvote me due to just how insane this may sound and how bad of an idea or whatever it is, but please Riot if you're reading this heed myt call.

Zillean's ONLY damage is his Q!! Zoe has damage on three spells but her Q still one-shots.

Please make Zilean's Q -2 shot you. He is the master of time, he should kill you once AND kill you again at fountain.

I have an idea stop reworking intelligent champions and start thinking of equal new champions instead of cancer, then maybe we can have a full utility champion not a new type of cancer
