If Riot is just going to try to lay low, we need to go over their heads.

For those who dont know, Riot games is actually owned by a Chinese company named Tencent. If Riot is going to ignore us in an attempt to let it blow over, we simply just go over their heads and complain to their bosses. I need someones help though. This is a link to Tencents Customer Service page. This page only has a phone number though. Clicking the customer service link brings you to this page. Unfortunately this page is in Chinese. I need the help of someone who can read Chinese to navigate to where we can send a complaint.

In the meantime, here is Tencent's Twitter:

https://twitter.com/tencentglobal?lang=en

Tencent's Facebook page:

https://www.facebook.com/TencentGlobal/

Send in your complaints about Riot games and the actions of their employees and how you will not supporting the company anymore. If you want to ignore us, fine Riot. We'll just go over your head.

As much as i dislike Daniel Z Klein right now i really think that's a really bad idea. Not everyone at riot was involved in the decision and many were forced into agreeing with it by doing what you suggested you run the risk of drawing innocent bystanders into the blender. Some of the people at riot are really nice and actually do a good job just because one guy is a ManChild doesn't mean everyone else is.

So just a dumb idea. I'm on my phone right now which ises chrome as it's web browser. Chrome has a language translator feature when you open a language that is in any foreign language. Try going to the website with chrome, and telling it to translate, I'm able to read everything off my phone on the website. I do think it is a bad idea to do a shotgun report, so if you do this, please be sure to snipe the specific points of evidence, to try and mitigate the impact on people that just have to do their work and have no decision making power. Thanks.

Oh No someone said stuff I don't like and he isn't fired. Better go over the company's head to make sure the entire system is punished.

The more social push back from words said in the heat of a moment matter, the less words from any source actually matter.

Yes what happened was shitty, but right now the best thing is to watch the company and make sure the issue doesn't continue not blow everything on one mistake. Everyone, even companies make mistakes.

So, reports come out about a culture of systemic harrassment that included allegations of RAPE happening at riot. These reports are backed up by a number of current af former riot employees.

Player base response:

Wow that sucks. That's shameful They should know better I hope this doesn't mess with the game.

Riot sets up one room away from their main area specifically designed for getting information, resources, and contacts for minorities interested in entering tech companies like riot in the hopes of being able to diversify a workforce that is predominately white and Asian males, so they don't let men in.

Player base response:

Omg, this is bullshit! Sexist a**holes! Burn them all!

Geez, I wonder why women might be more comfortable in an area men were kept out of....

One person does not reflect an entire company ... The reality of the situation is that the person in question probably has a contract with riot preventing there termination so if riot even wanted to let this individual go they couldn't.

This is all a learning experience for riot which I hope they take seriously.
